About TIQ-TOQS
The TIQ & TOQS group (Toulouse Informatique Quantique and Theory of Open Quantum System) is based in Toulouse, the capital of L’occitanie region of France. Toulouse is usually nicknamed La Ville Rose, owing to the color of the traditional local building material of terracotta bricks.
